As Senior Director of Good Neighbor Pharmacy Member Services, Lara Knudsen leads program operations to enhance the Good Neighbor Pharmacy member experience and ensure program relevance in the independent pharmacy community. Additionally, she leads the advertising team that is driving the evolution of the marketing services offered by Good Neighbor Pharmacy.
Lara has over 15 years of experience and successive growth in the healthcare and financial services industries. Prior to her current position, she served as the Director of Customer Onboarding for Good Neighbor Pharmacy, where she was responsible for managing and streamlining operational and onboarding initiatives. Before joining AmerisourceBergen, she held roles in sales, operations and marketing.
Lara received her MBA at Villanova University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Gettysburg College.
Lara was raised in a family of a small business owner, and it is an upbringing that drives her passions today.
